These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and product operated by Planhaus Labs, Inc. (“Planhaus,” “we,” “us”) at planhaus.vercel.app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the floor plans, photos, prompts, captions, videos, and other materials you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Planhaus a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service and to carry out actions you request, such as publishing a video to a connected account.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law.

Connected accounts and third-party platforms

• You may connect third-party accounts (for example, TikTok) to the Service. You authorize Planhaus to access and use those accounts only as needed to provide the features you enable, such as publishing videos on your instruction.
• Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and developer policies. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with them.
• You can disconnect a third-party account at any time from the Planhaus admin or from that platform’s settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates a connected platform’s community guidelines.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or automated bulk activity that violates applicable platform rules.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Planhaus and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to a third-party platform will always succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planhaus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
